The Communications Unit manages the organization’s internal and external communications, ensuring that information is shared clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner across all platforms.
The Communications Unit is responsible for the development and management of the Division’s internal and external communications, ensuring that accurate, timely, and consistent information is disseminated to the public, stakeholders, and staff.
The Unit supports the Division’s mandate by coordinating media relations, producing press releases and official statements, and managing digital platforms, including the website and social media channels. Through these efforts, the Communications Unit promotes public awareness of programmes, initiatives, and key developments within the education and skills sectors.
Additionally, the Unit plays a vital role in strengthening stakeholder engagement and supporting transparency by facilitating clear and effective communication across all areas of the Division.
