INVITATION TO PRE QUALIFY

The Division of Education, Skills and Innovation (DESI) is committed to providing accessible, high-quality Early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary Education throughout Tobago, fostering the holistic development of all students. As part of its mandate, DESI manages and maintains all schools across the island to ensure safe and conducive learning environments.

To facilitate the timely reopening of schools for the September 2026 academic term, DESI undertakes its annual School Repair Programme (SRP). Accordingly, suitably qualified Contractors domiciled on the island of Tobago ONLY are invited to submit applications for pre-qualification to participate in the DESI School Repair Programme 2026.
